Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a good location with a view of the railroad and mountains but falls short with outdated and noisy rooms that lack cleanliness. The service is a mix of rudeness at checkout and friendliness during the stay. It provides a convenient location near family and attractions but also near a noisy railroad. The dining options are tempting but might lead to overeating. The hotel lacks modern facilities.
The hotel has a convenient location for our trips to Arizona, especially accommodating for dog shows in Henderson. The rooms were mostly good, though the shared door allowed for disruptions. The service was lacking, with cheap practices and hassles over identification. Dining options were limited, but the cafe provided a decent start to the day. Overall, the location served its purpose well, but improvements are needed in service and dining.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was good, close to the Hoover Dam, and convenient to Boulder City and Las Vegas, but being at the south end of Las Vegas had its drawbacks. The evening buffet was really good, but the breakfast options were limited. The cleaning staff was amazing and friendly, quick to assist me when I requested a fridge for my meds. The rooms, while being hot initially, eventually cooled down with the air turned on late. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
